you can make it in paint (it is really easy), gimp, photoshop …

1. Copy this code: <img style=“position:fixed; opacity: 1.0; TOP:0px; LEFT:0px; width:700px;  height: 300px; z-index: 1;” src=“banner direct link here”>

2. Paste it before </body> tag.

3. Change the padding of the banner (left, height, width, top). Do not forgot to add your banner direct link
